To attend the Woodland Warrior Programme you must be currently serving in the military/ emergency services or have served in the military/ emergency services at some point in your life 

 

and

you may be someone who has disengaged and lack confidence to continue as before.

​

You do not need to have an official diagnosis to attend. 

​

Key workers can register here 

 

Participants can be referred to the programme via a charity/recovery centre/ GP or can be self-referred.
