Key Worker Workshops

New for 2020 and set up in response to the Coronavirus pandemic, our FREE one day workshops provide key workers with the opportunity to recalibrate after an intense period working on the front line.

This is not just for front line NHS workers, this covers local shop workers, carers, teachers, nursery workers, bus drivers, post men and woman, in fact all those who are listed as 'critical workers' by the Government.
